​Studio Rules and important information:

At D Dance Spot, we strive to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all our dancers and their families. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly request your cooperation in following these studio rules:

• Consistent attendance is vital for your child's progress and development as a dancer. We encourage all students to attend their dance classes regularly.

• Arriving on time for each class ensures a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience. If you're going to be late or absent, please notify the studio in advance. Any class absence will be charged with no 24-hour notice in advance. 

• No classes on Jewish and National Holidays.

• All dancers are expected to wear appropriate dance attire and shoes for their respective classes and have their hair-up ponytail style. Details about the class's dress code are provided upon registration.

• We believe that to truly excel in dance, consistency, and commitment are key. To ensure substantial progress and development, our Professional Dance Program requires a minimum of two classes per week for each enrolled student. Attending at least two classes allows for a more immersive dance experience, deepens the understanding of techniques, and maximizes the benefits of our studio.

• We promote a culture of respect and kindness among our dancers, instructors, and parents. Bullying, negative behavior, or disruptive actions will not be tolerated.

• While we understand parents' enthusiasm, we request that parents observe classes from designated waiting areas to minimize distractions for the young dancers.

• To maintain a clean and safe environment, please refrain from bringing food or drinks (except water) into the dance studio.

• Regularly check our website, and social media channels for updates, announcements, and important information.

Payments and registrations:

• Enrolling your child at D Dance Spot Studio is easy! Simply fill out the registration form on our website or visit our studio during business hours.

• For new students who wish to explore our dance classes before committing, we offer trial classes at a nominal fee. This gives your child the opportunity to experience our dance program and decide which style they enjoy the most.

• We kindly request all payments to be made by their due date to ensure the smooth functioning of our studio. In the event of late payments, a late fee may be applied.

• Payments can be made via credit cards only and will be billed automatically every month. 

• Please note that tuition fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, such as prolonged illness. Relevant medical documents will be submitted to the studio.

• In case you wish to cancel the registration for one of the classes, you must notify the studio 14 days in advance.

• A one-time fee of $200 will be required, in order to cover the cost of dance instruction, special costumes, professional photos, and access to our semi-annual recitals.

 

Discounts & Offers:

• We understand the value of family, and to encourage siblings to dance together, we offer a special 5% discount for families with more than one child enrolled at our studio. The sibling discount applies to the tuition fees and can be availed when multiple children from the same family are enrolled concurrently.

• Bring a friend to dance with you and get a $20 gift card to our store.
